Baltic birch plywood, a fine, high-grade wood engineered for exceptional durability and stability.
Care: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid standing water to protect the wood.
CushionCover: Pure linen, breathable, whisper-soft and naturally cool to the touch, softening beautifully with every wash.
Care: Slide it off the rails, machine-wash at 30°C and air-dry. Iron on low if needed, for a crisp, effortless refresh.
Insert: 3 cm of high-grade compressed microfiber for a plush, cloud-like rest.
Care: Always remove the cushion insert before washing the cover. Do not wash the insert. To refresh, simply air it out.

The thinking inside.
Two open Baltic birch frames stand at either end, each angling outward as it rises so the cushion is carried wide and open at the top, with the lower rails bracing them steady at the base.
Four rails lock the piece together with no tools. The two upper rails thread through the cushion's side sleeves to carry it, and the two lower rails brace the frames apart, every rail clicking down into its slot so the whole piece stands solid.
The cushion hangs from its own sleeves, a rail run through each side that locks down into the slots at the top of the frames, the cushion falling into a deep curve that takes a Companion's shape and keeps it.

How do I encourage my Companion to use SWIFT?
A few things can help:
- Put an old T-shirt or something carrying your scent on the cushion.
- Place a favourite treat or toy on it.
- Let them explore on their own. Never force them onto it.
- Reward them when they approach or settle on it.
- Move nearby beds and blankets away at first.
- Keep SWIFT accessible and give them time.
Where should I place SWIFT?
Place SWIFT somewhere your Companion already likes to rest.
Choose a quiet corner away from busy walkways and place it on a flat, stable surface they can step onto easily.
What happens when SWIFT arrives?
Inspect SWIFT before you accept it. If anything isn’t right, send it straight back with the courier. You don’t pay, or if you already have, we’ll refund you in full.
You can also return it within 14 days if it’s in brand-new condition, unused and in its original packaging.
SWIFT carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the structure. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it out immediately.
How do I put SWIFT together?
SWIFT is completely tool-free and stands in 5 minutes:
- Stand the two frames upright.
- Click the two lower rails into their slots to brace the base.
- Slide the two upper rails through the cushion’s side sleeves.
- Press the upper rails down into the open slots at the top of the frames, the cushion settling into its cradle between them.
How do I clean SWIFT?
Machine-wash the removable linen cushion cover at 30°C, then air-dry.
Slide the two upper rails out of the side sleeves first, then remove the microfiber insert. Never wash it; simply air it out. Place it back inside once the cover is completely dry.
Wipe the frame with a soft, damp cloth and don’t leave it sitting in water.
Are the materials safe for my Companion?
Yes. SWIFT is made from Baltic birch plywood, linen and microfiber, with no harmful finishes or adhesives.
