Care: Simply slip off, machine-wash at 30°C and air-dry. Iron on low if needed, for a crisp, effortless refresh.
CushionBoth sizes: 6 cm of advanced orthopedic foam for deep joint relief.
Care: Always remove the cushion insert before washing the cover. Do not wash the insert. To refresh, simply air it out or let it rest in the sun.

A few things can help:
- Put an old T-shirt or something carrying your scent inside.
- Place a favourite treat or toy just inside the entrance.
- Let them explore on their own. Never force them inside.
- Reward them when they approach or settle inside.
- Move nearby beds and blankets away at first.
- Keep INDY accessible and give them time.
Is INDY suitable for an older Companion?
Yes. Both Medium and Large carry a 6 cm orthopedic foam cushion that distributes weight and relieves pressure on the joints.
The doorway sits low for an easy step up. Check the fit guide for enough room to step in, turn and settle comfortably.
Where should I place INDY?
Place INDY somewhere your Companion already likes to rest.
Choose a quiet corner away from busy walkways and keep the entrance clear. The back panel is vented, so leave a little space behind it and the air keeps moving through.
What happens when INDY arrives?
Inspect INDY before you accept it. If anything isn’t right, send it straight back with the courier. You don’t pay, or if you already have, we’ll refund you in full.
You can also return it within 14 days if it’s in brand-new condition, unused and in its original packaging.
INDY carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the structure. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it out immediately.
How do I put INDY together?
INDY arrives flat and takes about 10 minutes, with no tools at all:
- Slide the front and back panels into the slots in the base, so the house stands on its own legs.
- Slide the four roof panels into the slots on the front and back panels.
- Draw the linen roof over the panels and secure it beneath the base.
- Place the cushion inside.
How do I clean INDY?
Machine-wash the removable linen roof and cushion cover at 30°C, then air-dry.
Remove the orthopedic foam first. Never machine-wash the foam; air it out or place it in the sun.
Wipe the frame with a soft, damp cloth and don’t leave it sitting in water.
Are the materials safe for my Companion?
Yes. INDY is made from Baltic birch plywood, linen and orthopedic foam, with no harmful finishes or adhesives.
