Refund policy

Your satisfaction, and your Companion's comfort, is the whole point. If something isn't right, we make it right.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day your piece arrives to return it for a full refund. Send it back in its original condition and packaging with your proof of purchase, and we'll refund you within 7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping is arranged by you for change-of-mind returns.

Arrived damaged, or with a defect? Message us on WhatsApp the moment you notice, and we'll take care of it straight away. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and we cover the shipping both ways.

Custom and bespoke pieces are made to your order, so they sit outside the 14-day change-of-mind return. The damage and defect protection above always applies to them.

Our 2-year warranty covers the Baltic birch plywood structure of every piece against manufacturing defects, for two years from delivery. Fabric covers aren't under the warranty, as everyday soft pieces, but they're fully washable, and spare covers are available whenever you'd like a fresh one or a new colour.
