Shipping policy

We ship across Egypt, and we want your piece to reach you as smoothly as it was made.

When it arrives. Orders within Cairo are delivered within 7 to 10 business days. For other governorates, delivery depends on where you are, so message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll arrange the best way to reach you.

Custom and bespoke pieces follow their own timeline, which we quote you before you commit.

Shipping cost. A delivery fee of EGP 50 is added to your order at checkout.

Paying. We accept Cash on Delivery, InstaPay, and mobile wallets (Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, and others).
