Shipping policy

We ship across Egypt, and we want your piece to reach you as smoothly as it was made.

When it arrives. Orders are delivered anywhere in Egypt within 5 business days. We confirm timing with you before dispatch.

Custom and bespoke pieces follow their own timeline, which we quote you before you commit.

Shipping cost. Delivery is free, anywhere in Egypt.

Paying. Cash on Delivery, or card at checkout, including Apple Pay. Either way, you open your piece at the door before you accept it. If you paid by card and something isn't right, refuse it there and we refund you in full, with the shipping both ways on us.
