We ship across Egypt, free of charge, and we want your piece to reach you as smoothly as it was made. Orders arrive anywhere in Egypt within 5 business days, and we confirm timing with you before dispatch. Anything you're unsure about, message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll talk it through.

Whatever's easiest for you: Cash on Delivery, or card at checkout, including Apple Pay. Delivery is free anywhere in Egypt, and you open your piece at the door before you accept it.

Open it at the door before you accept it, exactly as you would with Cash on Delivery. If it isn't right, refuse it there and message us on WhatsApp. We refund you in full and we cover the shipping both ways. Paying by card doesn't cost you the look before you commit.

Of course. You have 14 days from the day it arrives to return it for a full refund, in its original condition and packaging. And if it ever reaches you damaged or with a defect, message us on WhatsApp the moment you notice. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you'd prefer, and we cover the shipping both ways. We build each piece ourselves, and we stand behind it.

Yes. Every piece carries a one-year warranty on its Baltic birch structure against manufacturing defects, from the day it arrives. Fabric covers sit outside the warranty, as everyday soft pieces do, but they're fully washable, and a fresh cover or a new colour is always a message away.

Gently, and not often. Wipe the wood with a soft, dry cloth and keep it from standing water. The covers slide off to wash whenever they need it. That's really all it asks of you.

It depends on the piece, and each one tells you on its page. Many arrive ready to use, a few slot together by hand in a moment with no tools at all, and a few ship flat with the screws and key tucked in. Nothing fiddly, whichever it is.
