Shipping & assembly

ARIS arrives with the head already fixed to the post and no tools needed. Set the column onto the base and turn it home by hand until it seats firm, then screw the toy onto the head. A quiet minute, nothing to tighten, and ARIS is standing. Ships across Egypt in 7 to 10 business days. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide, alongside InstaPay, Vodafone Cash and Orange Cash.

Materials & care

Baltic birch plywood with its laminations left visible and a column wound in natural sisal, built by hand in our Cairo workshop. Wipe the wood with a soft, damp cloth and keep it from sitting in water.

Custom orders

ARIS also takes custom orders. If you have a particular size, finish or proportion in mind, write to us before ordering and we will shape a piece around your home and your Companion. Custom pieces are made to order, with timeline and shipping confirmed with you before work begins.

A Companion reaches for height. ARIS answers with a column bound base to top in woven sisal that holds under the deepest pull, on a base weighted enough that it never shifts, the steadiness that earns their trust and brings them back. A wooden arm reaches across the top, and from it a toy hangs at a paw's reach, turning the scratch into play.
