A rounded plywood rectangle, two openings set into it to hold each bowl level, the bodies sitting down inside the top.

Four round wooden legs lift the top clear of the floor, set square and steady beneath the corners, fixed firm so nothing wobbles.
Plywood, sanded and finished smooth, warm to the touch and made to be left in full view.

Materials & care
Baltic birch plywood with its laminations left visible, built in our Cairo workshop. The two glazed ceramic bowls lift out to wash by hand or in the machine. Wipe the frame with a soft, damp cloth and keep it from sitting in water.
Custom orders
LINEAR also takes custom orders. If you have a particular size, finish or proportion in mind, write to us before ordering and we will shape a piece around your home and your Companion. Custom pieces are made to order, with timeline and shipping confirmed with you before work begins. The bowls can be ordered on their own too. If you would like a second set, in either colour, message us and we will send them.

LINEAR keeps the line simple. Two ceramic bowls set into a rounded plywood top raised on four round legs, so a Companion steps up to a meal lifted to an easy height and eats with the body relaxed and the food held steady before them. Nothing slung below and nothing added, only one clean, soft-cornered form they return to morning and night.
We build LINEAR in our Cairo workshop: a plywood top, its laminations left bare at the edge as the only mark it needs, the corners rounded soft, the bowls glazed ceramic and weighted to sit still and kind against the chin. They lift straight out to fill and to wash. The everyday ritual of feeding a Companion, drawn as one quiet line and made to be kept as long as the home around it.

looks much more expensive in person and arrived fully assembled which i appreciated. one bowl moved a tiny bit until i placed it correctly then it was perfect
