RO is the house at full size. A Companion walks through the wide birch doorway, stretches out completely on the deep cushion, and rests under a soft linen roof with the room still in front of them. The fullest house in the collection, soft everywhere it meets them.

Shipping & assembly
RO arrives flat. Slide the roof cover into the slots made for the two bottom dowels, seat all five dowels into their slots in the two panels, and bolt each square with the provided screws and Allen key; the linen pulls taut as the roof and both walls. Sink the cushion behind the front panel. About ten minutes, and the house is standing. Ships free across Egypt within 5 business days. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide, alongside card and Apple Pay at checkout.
Materials & care
Baltic birch plywood in a 12 mm cut with the laminations left visible and a soft one-piece linen cover, built in our Cairo workshop. The linen roof cover and the linen cushion cover both come off to wash: machine-wash at 30°C, air-dry and reinsert. The cushion is a 6 cm orthopedic foam insert: never wash the foam, sun it now and then for hygiene. Wipe the frame with a soft, damp cloth and don’t leave it sitting in water.

RO also takes custom orders. If you have a particular size, fabric, colour, finish or proportion in mind, write to us before ordering and we will shape a piece around your home and your Companion. Custom pieces are made to order, with timeline and shipping confirmed with you before work begins.

RO is the largest house we build. A Companion walks through the wide doorway, turns, and stretches out completely on deep orthopedic foam, inside a real house with the room kept fully in view.

How do I encourage my Companion to use RO?
A few things can help:
- Put an old T-shirt or something carrying your scent inside.
- Place a favourite treat or toy just inside the entrance.
- Let them explore on their own. Never force them inside.
- Reward them when they approach or settle inside.
- Move nearby beds and blankets away at first.
- Keep RO accessible and give them time.
Is RO suitable for an older Companion?
Yes. RO carries a 6 cm orthopedic foam cushion that distributes weight and relieves pressure on the joints.
Check the fit guide for enough room to step in, turn and settle comfortably.
Where should I place RO?
Place RO somewhere your Companion already likes to rest.
Choose a quiet corner away from busy walkways and keep the entrance clear. If they like watching the room, angle the entrance toward it rather than into a wall.
What happens when RO arrives?
Inspect RO before you accept it. If anything isn’t right, send it straight back with the courier. You don’t pay, or if you already have, we’ll refund you in full.
You can also return it within 14 days if it’s in brand-new condition, unused and in its original packaging.
RO carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the structure. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it out immediately.
How do I put RO together?
RO arrives flat and takes about 10 minutes to assemble:
- Stand the front and back panels upright.
- Slide the two bottom dowels through the slots in the linen roof.
- Position all five wooden dowels between the two panels.
- Secure them with the ten provided screws.
- Place the orthopedic cushion inside.
How do I clean RO?
Machine-wash the removable linen roof cover and cushion cover at 30°C, then air-dry.
Remove the orthopedic foam first. Never machine-wash the foam; air it out or place it in the sun.
Wipe the plywood with a soft, damp cloth and don’t leave it sitting in water.
Are the materials safe for my Companion?
Yes. RO is made from Baltic birch plywood, linen and orthopedic foam, with no harmful finishes or adhesives.
