Shipping & assembly

ORBIT arrives ready to put together by hand, no tools needed. Set the post onto the base and turn it home until it seats firm, fix the cross arm onto the top the same way, then hang the four toys from its ends. A quiet few minutes, nothing to tighten, and ORBIT is standing. Ships across Egypt in 7 to 10 business days. Materials & care

Baltic birch plywood with its laminations left visible, a post wound in natural sisal rope, and a wooden cross arm, all built by hand in our Cairo workshop. Wipe the wood with a soft, damp cloth and keep it from sitting in water.

ORBIT also takes custom orders. If you have a particular size, finish or proportion in mind, write to us before ordering and we will shape a piece around your home and your Companion. Custom pieces are made to order, with timeline and shipping confirmed with you before work begins.

They dig into a column wound base to top in sisal rope, coarse enough to take the deepest pull without wearing smooth, and overhead a cross arm reaches out four ways, a toy swinging from the end of each within a paw’s reach. They rake, then rear up to bat, and come round the post for the next one. The round base stays weighted and steady under every pull, the steadiness that brings a Companion back.
