MERY arrives flat, ready to build. You build the inner cradle first: the two inner triangles, the cushion threaded onto the two small dowels at their base and screwed home. That cradle slides onto the long top dowel, the two outer triangles slide on after it, braced by the two lower dowels, and the top dowel is secured last. Ten screws and the allen key are in the box. It takes a few quiet minutes, and the piece is yours from the first turn of the key. Ships free across Egypt within 5 business days. Natural Baltic birch plywood with its laminations left visible. A slim 3 cm microfiber cushion under a removable linen cover. Slide the cover off the dowels to machine-wash at 30°C, air-dry and reinsert. Wipe the frame with a soft damp cloth and keep it from sitting in water.

How do I encourage my Companion to use MERY?
A few things can help:
- Put an old T-shirt or something carrying your scent on the cushion.
- Place a favourite treat or toy on it.
- Let them explore on their own. Never force them onto it.
- Reward them when they approach or settle on it.
- Move nearby beds and blankets away at first.
- Keep MERY accessible and give them time.
Where should I place MERY?
Place MERY somewhere your Companion already likes to rest.
Choose a quiet corner away from busy walkways and place it on a flat, stable surface with enough room for the inner cradle to move freely.
How does MERY move?
MERY’s outer frame stays planted while the inner cradle hangs from the top dowel and moves independently.
When your Companion steps in or shifts position, the cradle moves with them.
How much weight can MERY hold?
Small holds up to 10 kg, Medium up to 15 kg and Large up to 20 kg.

What happens when MERY arrives?
Inspect MERY before you accept it. If anything isn’t right, send it straight back with the courier. You don’t pay, or if you already have, we’ll refund you in full.
You can also return it within 14 days if it’s in brand-new condition, unused and in its original packaging.
MERY carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the structure. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it out immediately.
How do I put MERY together?
MERY arrives flat and goes together with the included Allen key:
- Build the inner frame from the two inner triangles.
- Slide the cushion onto the two small dowels at the base of the inner triangles and screw them in place with four screws.
- Slide the inner frame onto the larger top dowel.
- Slide the two outer triangles onto the top dowel and secure them with the two lower dowels, four more screws.
- Secure the top dowel with the last two screws.
How do I clean MERY?
Machine-wash the removable linen cushion cover at 30°C, then air-dry.
Slide the cover off the dowels first, then remove the microfiber insert and place it back inside once the cover is completely dry.
Wipe the frame with a soft, damp cloth and don’t leave it sitting in water.
Are the materials safe for my Companion?
Yes. MERY is made from Baltic birch plywood, linen and microfiber, with no harmful finishes or adhesives.
Can I order replacement parts for MERY?
Yes. Replacement parts are available to purchase separately. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and we’ll help you order the right part.
