Monthly Topical Parasite Protection
Revolution is broad-spectrum parasiticide designed to provide reliable, once-monthly protection against both internal and external parasites. Applied topically, Revolution is absorbed through the skin and works systemically to help protect your dog from serious parasitic diseases while controlling common infestations.
What It Protects Against
Revolution provides comprehensive monthly protection:
- Kills adult fleas
- Prevents flea eggs from hatching
- Prevents heartworm disease (Dirofilaria immitis)
- Treats and controls ear mites
- Treats and controls sarcoptic mange (Sarcoptes scabiei)
- Controls tick infestations (Dermacentor variabilis)
Who Can Use It
- Dogs and puppies 6 weeks of age and older
- Prescription required under veterinary supervision
How It's Used
- Apply once monthly
- Topical "spot-on" solution
- Apply the entire tube directly to the skin at the base of the neck
Dosage
Minimum recommended dose:
6 mg/kg (2.7 mg/lb) body weight

Indications
Revolution is recommended for use in dogs six weeks of age or older.
- Kills adult fleas and prevents flea eggs from hatching for one month
- Prevention and control of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis),
- Prevention of heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis, and the
- Treatment and control of ear mite (Otodectescynotis) infestations.
- Treatment and control of sarcoptic mange (Sarcoptes scabiei) and for the
- Control of tick infestations due to Dermacentor variabilis.
Dose
Revolution is recommended for use in dogs six weeks of age and older
1 Tube = 1 month of treatment
For optimal protection, reapply monthly.
Administration
- Part the hair at the base of the neck.
- Place the tube tip directly on the skin.
- Squeeze the full contents in one spot.
✔ Apply once monthly.
✔ Do not rub in.
✔ Avoid bathing for 24 hours after application.
