Monthly Topical Parasite Protection
Revolution is broad-spectrum parasiticide formulated specifically for cats. Applied topically once monthly, Revolution is absorbed through the skin and works systemically to help protect against serious parasitic diseases while controlling common infestations. Designed for safety, convenience, and comprehensive protection.
What It Protects Against
Revolution provides complete monthly protection:
- Kills adult fleas
- Prevents flea eggs from hatching
- Prevents heartworm disease (Dirofilaria immitis)
- Treats and controls ear mites (Otodectes cynotis)
- Treats and controls roundworms (Toxocara cati)
- Treats and controls intestinal hookworms (Ancylostoma tubaeforme)
Who Can Use It
- Cats and kittens 8 weeks of age and older
- Safe for use in pregnant and lactating cats
- Prescription required under veterinary supervision
How It's Used
- Apply once monthly
- Topical "spot-on" solution
- Apply the entire tube directly to the skin at the base of the neck
Dosage
Minimum recommended dose:
6 mg/kg (2.7 mg/lb) body weight
Your veterinarian will prescribe the correct tube size according to your cat's weight.

Indications
- Kills adult fleas and prevents flea
eggs from hatching for one month - Prevention and control of flea
infestations (Ctenocephalides felis), - Prevention of heartworm disease caused
by Dirofilaria immitis, and the - Treatment and control of ear mite (Otodectes
cynotis) infestations. - Treatment and control of roundworm (Toxocara
cati) - Treatment and control of roundworm intestinal
hookworm (Ancylostoma tubaeforme)
Dose
Revolution is recommended for use in cats
eight weeks of age and older
1 Tube = 1 month of treatment
For optimal protection, reapply monthly.
Administration
- Part the hair at the base of the neck.
- Place the tube tip directly on the skin.
- Squeeze the full contents in one spot.
✔ Apply once monthly.
✔ Do not rub in.
✔ Avoid bathing for 24 hours after application.
